Deep Silver has released a new trailer for the forthcoming Mighty No. 9 and has garnered a very negative response on YouTube, with the dislike counter now over the 14k mark at the time of this writing.
After a development process that has been more controversial than almost any other game to date -- which has included a lengthy delay and an antagonistic community manager -- the game looks set to finally be released next month, but the reactions of fans/backers (or both) has been overwhelmingly negative. See it for yourself above.
Even Takuya Aizu, head of Japanese studio Inti Creates, tweeted "What the hell was D*** *il*** thinking making a crappy PV like this?! Unforgivable."
With a ratio of almost 2,000 likes vs. just over 14,000 dislikes so far, it certainly appears that the ride for fans, and most importantly the backers, of this game has certainly not ended yet.
Mighty No. 9 will be released on June 21 Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
