Anyone who wants to see Rock Band 4 on PC can now pledge money, as Harmonix have launched a Fig crowdfunding page to make it a reality. Harmonix are asking for $1.5 million on the Fig page with $128,119.00 currently pledged, eight percent of its total with 35 days to go.

Fig works differently to other crowdfunding sites like Kickstarter because backers can choose to be investors reaping financial rewards if the game is a success. Alternatively, backers can opt for the standard reward scheme where pledging anywhere from $10 to $25,000 comes with an array of exclusive bonuses.

An exciting PC-specific feature is the ability to add your own music to the game using Steam Workshop. The creator of the music will be responsible for creating the note charts, but once it's added to the Rock Band Network anyone can play it.

Rock Band 4 originally released last year on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 to a strong critical reception and a lukewarm commercial one.

If the Fig campaign is a success, Harmonix hope to launch Rock Band 4 on PC in the Fall.
